Install and activate the plugin and then set up the plugin properly through the setup wizard. Now go to the All in One SEO > Sitemap page. Now move on to the RSS Sitemap tab to create the sitemap for your website.

From this page, you need to enable the sitemap option and then you can also set the number of posts from the sitemap settings options to show on your sitemap.

Here you can also select all the post types. If you want to show only the blog post then you just need to uncheck the option. Now click on the Open RSS Sitemap button to see the RSS sitemap of your website. Now you need to add the sitemap to Google Search Console.
